Heineken USA/AAF Public Service Advertising Competition


You can win up to $3,000 by creating a responsibility campaign for Heineken USA.

The Heineken USA/AAF Public Service Advertising Competition asks students to come up with a three-part responsibility campaign for Heineken USA. Students may enter individually or through a team of up to three members.

The basis of the campaign will be:

  1. Print ad designed for weekly or daily newspaper or high-quality magazine.
  2. Radio ad (no longer than 30 seconds).
  3. New media idea (e.g. video clip, multiframe Internet ad or SMS text message).

Cash prizes range from $500 to $3,000. Also, the first-place winner(s) will have the opportunity to pitch the winning campaign to Heineken executives in White Plains, N.Y. Professors who advise the first-, second- and third-place teams will receive cash prizes up to $600.

AAF members who are age 21 or older by January 15, 2008, are eligible for this competition.

The last deadline for clarification questions is Monday, January 7.
